Not allowed political or religious content, no nudity or vulgar content, no smoking and no alcohol. Think of Times Square as Disneyland, if it can be displayed there it can be displayed in Times Square. If your video / photo shows a famous person, you’ll need to send their authorization (or from their manager) that you can display your video / photo on a billboard in Times Square.

Specs for the artwork are as follows:

VIDEO: 2026 px Wide X 1126 px Height, format “.mov” or “.mp4”, color mode RGB, Copy Length 30 FPS, Compression: H. 264, or MPEG -4 (HIGH BIT – RATE ). The length of the video must be the same as the chosen display option (15 seconds, 30 seconds or 60 seconds).
